She is sincere and worked very hard to make our property look appealing. I never had a realtor actually spend time cleaning and painting our house as Mary Beth did. I know of some other clients for whom Mary Beth has made the same kind of effort that made their property sell. I would never consider contacting anyone else, when Mary Beth is the best realtor there is. Mary Beth was quickly getting inspections done and advised us what we should expect at the closing. Everything I said before is confirmed by my experience with Mary Beth. The other Cressy & Everett staff I have delt with are fine people, but Mary Beth will always be the one I will choose, if it is possible. Mary Beth is very professional, but never "pushy". She is really dedicated to doing a great job for her clients.
