Megan had an effective strategy for selling our house, and it worked extremely well, resulting in offers the first day it was on the market, She helped us sort thru the different offers and gave the advice we needed to sell our home for the amount we had been expecting. Megan was great to work with. From our first encounter we felt comfortable with Megan, and she always took the time to answer our questions and help us get the house ready for market. We could not have done it without her help! The entire team worked diligently to get our house on the market, and then sold. We had several challenges in getting our house ready for sale. This took several months. During this time the market was in flux, and we had to make some difficult decisions on how best to proceed. Megan helped us devise a strategy the worked extremely well. Despite all the issues we were able to get our home sold quickly and for the amount we had been expecting. It worked extremely well, and we could not have got it done without Megan holding our hand every step of the way.
