These are just a few reasons why I would recommend Wayne to anyone wanting to purchase a home I am blessed to have had an experienced professional help me purchase a home. Wayne's attention to detail and experience of home building was a great advantage to have. Wayne's patience with me while showing me many houses made tthe experience enjoyable. His flexibility of last minute requests for showings helped me to purchase my house. He made sure I had the best chance to buy my house by allowing me to make an offer at 10pm after he had been working since the morning. I will recommend Wayne to anyone purchasing a house Wayne's expertise was highly valuable to me. His knowledge of inspections was very helpful. Wayne is a great man to be around. I could feel that he cared more about me than selling a house. His kindness to my family made him feel like he was family. Wayne is very honest and very helpful. Will continue to recommend Wayne to future homebuyers Wayne helped me secure my house by using a escalation clause. If he wouldn't have known that, my offer would not have been accepted
