I had thoughts of selling my home 1 year prior to when it actually happened. My circumstances made a sort of rush decision to do so and David was willing,ready,and prepared for the task. He never got impatient with me asking a million questions or changing my mind. He was nothing short of helpful and wonderful throughout the entire process. My house was on the market for 5 days!! I highly recommend Lori Johnston. Based on our experience, she must be the best realtor in the area. She helped us buy our dream home and sell our original house in only 2 days. Lori understands the local Real Estate market well and was very proactive in suggesting properties to look at. We spoke with several who offered no help at all. It took us a while to find our home but she never was inpatient or frustrated with us. She was always friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. She helped us through a very difficult buying transaction that took several weeks and always kept on top of all issues to make sure they were solved. She seemed to know someone to help us with any need that we had for both homes. Lori really went above and beyond in all that she did. I can't imagine why anyone would use any other realtor but LORI JOHNSTON!

I would recommend Paul Crouch to sell your home. He guided us through the process and made it an easy transaction. We live out of state and he assured me that it would not be a problem and he proved that to be right! Online signatures made it very simple .He even went out of his way to hand deliver some much needed paperwork from our lawyer for the closing since we were out of state. He is currently selling some additional land property and we are still currently working together. Again I would highly recommend him to do business with!
