He pointed out problems he found in homes we viewed, to be sure I wasn't buying something that would be a problem for me later. He advised me on how to bid on homes, and made sure he protected me and my money. He listened to my concerns and questions on home purchasing. In the course of finding my home, he became almost like a part of my family. He has a great sense of humor, and I found him to be a very caring and compassionate man.
