However, it was crucial that our realtor understood financial limitations, and goals. Christine excelled at this. She respected the need for us to see a good number of houses, drove us around town, and was extremely responsive. Christine was happy for us throughout the process. She was amazing at negotiating our home for 2k less (her suggestion), text messaged a complicated document signing process while my husband was out of town in California, and worked directly with the selling agent to make sure we got what was promised when a last minute garage door broke.
