I didn't actually choose to work with Mike -- we were paired by Zillow when I indicated online that I'd like to tour a certain house. But I could not have chosen better that if I picked Mike myself. He's diligent, friendly, hard-working, considerate, knowledgeable and fair. Just as importantly, Mike is a very nice and pleasant guy...we hit it right off and will be friends outside of work from now on. I'm not the easiest client in the world; I expect a lot from the professionals I work with. Sometimes I probably asked a little too much, telling Mike late in the evening about a house that just popped up that I'd like to get into ASAP, asking him to get us back into house for a second look, stuff like that. But Mike never once disappointed me. I LIKE people like Mike DiStefano! And man was I glad to have him on my side while trying to find the right house at the right price in this very difficult market.
